Stay away from the CREAMY, go with original Desitin instead!!

Cons
    You can smell it after they are dressed, not enough active ingredient, lower zinc level than the regular, price, serious rashes are not affected, doesn't stick to skin, Can leave greasemarks on clothes, stinks

I have tried many diaper rash creams and ointments.  I would not go with the Desitin Creamy.  I would stick with the original Desitin.  The cream tended to make more of a mess than it actually helped.  It stuck to the inside of the diaper better than it did to the baby's skin, therefore not doing it's job properly.  It didn't protect their skin from further breakout.  I
