MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT:
I started using this product after I had a facial at a very nice day spa about 9 years ago. The esthetician used it on me, and my skin had never felt so smooth! I bought it from the day spa, and used it every other day until it ran out. Due to the cost (this stuff runs about $49 per 2.6oz bottle), I didn't immediately go out and buy another bottle. Instead, I went searching for something more affordable. Let's just say I have tried about 30 different exfoliants out there, ranging from $3-$30, natural products, organic, and conventional. Nothing has ever compared to Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant. This stuff is very fine, not coarse and rough on your skin like some exfoliant products out there. You pour about a teaspoon of it into your hand, add a few drops of water and make a paste. Then you lightly massage it (I use small circular movements with my fingers) on your face. I usually wash my face first, and leave it wet before applying the exfoliant. My skin is a bit confused most of the time. It's dry and flaky in spots, and breaks out in other spots. This exfoliant works with my entire face, making it smooth, and correcting the problem spots.
