Dermalogica Barrier Repair —

A very small amount goes a long way. My skin is hyper-sensitive. Sometimes I react to tap water. I use the Dermalogica Ultra Calming Cleanser followed by a moisturizer (depending on the weather) then the Dermalogica Barrier Repair.

The Dermalogica Barrier Repair glides onto my skin sealing in moisture and sealing out irritants. I haven't had any environmental reactions since using this - well, at least not on the days I actually use it. It also makes my makeup glide on smoothly and evenly.

Word of caution - if you're using this with a mineral powder makeup, give it a minute or two to sink in before applying the powder so your makeup doesn't clump. My routine is cleanse, moisturize, barrier repair, hair, then makeup just to make sure the moisturizers have time to sink in evenly before I apply mineral foundation.

It's only available through approved vendors which is terrific. It gives you an opportunity to talk to a professional and make sure you have the right product for your skin!

Love it. Can't live without it.
