However, you need the correct technique. I like to dab it on my fingers or a clean brush first, then apply in layers over a blemish or pimple. Too much product is never good. Dab around the blemish and carefully blend in and over. Do not use moisturizer or else the product will slide right off. You may use foundation. I always apply a bit of face powder to set it for the day. The stick is handy enough to keep in your makeup bag, but touchups should not be necessary. This technique can also be done with birthmarks, if smaller than a quarter. Otherwise, it will look too cakey and definitely draw attention to what you are trying to cover.
