Denver Mattress Company Doctor's Choice Mattress Review

When buying a mattress two years ago, just before extrensive back surgery, I went to Denver Mattress to procure something that would not only assist my convelecense but would continue to support my back. We bought a mattress with a 15 year warrenty and was happy with it until about three months ago when the sag passed their stated warrenty. When taking pictures to the manager he was rude and stated that it had to be measured from the pillow top not the stiching, however, their written warranty does not state that. Either the company lied, the manager lied, or they have no ethics. I wake up in pain every day now, and having been a ten year standing customer of Denver Mattress you would think that this would count for something. No, it does not. DO NOT buy from this company, they are a used car company selling their products with no intention of assisting their customers when problems are encountered. Further more, their requirements are far beyond those of other stores when it comes to warranty problems. Let alone this manager was the rudest excuse of a lack of customer service I have encountered in their stores. Apparently they no longer care about the customer, just the profit margin. Do your self a favor, find another store to buy from, while thier products seem nice in the store, they will not hold up, and neither will they when it comes to their warranty.
