I'm definitely not a huge fan of the Marriott chain. However, if you are in Littleton, Colorado for business, the Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows is decent - it's everything you would anticipate in a Marriott.
The location is essentially in the middle of a bustling suburban area. I would highly recommend renting a car while in Colorado - particularly outside of Denver - since things are relatively spread out. They have a large lot and parking is free. The lobby is quite nice and there are areas to sit and visit/or work. The staff was very sweet, but didn't appear to be very area knowledgeable. My room was clean but the air didn't work as well as I would have liked it to. (I was visiting in July when Denver tends to be very warm, so the air was an issue.) There wasn't anything particularly stand-outish about the room, but they did have white linens, comforters and pillows, which is always a plus. One really cool feature was a centrally located computer and printer for printing out airplane boarding passes - saving time at the airport.
The one standout feature was the bar area/outside sitting area. While the view in the outside area wasn't special (basically you will be looking at the parking lot), it was a really nice benefit for late-night cocktails. They had a very nice complimentary snack mix at the bar and a wide range of beers. At the same spot, they made a pretty mean latte for your early morning jolt.
The hotel is very large and they have lots of space for conferences. They have also regular amenities like a pool and gym. The hotel is close to lots of recreation like golfing.
If in Colorado for business, check out this Marriott - if for pleasure, look for something in downtown Denver.
