This tooth paste unfortunately didn't do anything for me exceptfreshen my breath and make my teeth very very sensitive. It also caused the inside of my mouth to start peeling, which was very strange because that never happened 2 me before until i started using this tooth paste. i'm sorry but it was horrible.

I will never go back to a manual toothbrush again! I got this toothbrush when it first came out, just thinking I would give it a try, but probably go back to my regular manual toothbrush (I didn't want to pay more for a toothbrush!) I talked myself into it, and tried it, and I absolutely love it! I can't imagine brushing with a regular toothbrush again! The Colgate 360 manual toothbrush is the best manual toothbrush I've ever used. If you cannot afford a power toothbrush, this is the best clean you can get. They can be priced a little high, but try to find them on sale--they are well worth it! There are often coupons available for the Colgate 360 manual toothbrush, just check your Sunday paper!
The round circular shape of the bristles give a clean like a dentist's toothbrush! It comes in soft, medium, and hard, but I think that medium is the best balance between a good clean, but not abrasive.
