I have to turn the meat after the first hour
I'm not really feeling this oven. I have to turn the chicken over after it cooks on the top side. It is ok for what it is worth but don't think you're getting a real oven. You have to get the hang of cooking with this. The rack it came with get's discolored after a few uses and the dripping pan is just a waste of time. The Teflon is coming off after a few uses so I just don't even use it any more it's just one more thing to clean up.
