Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa - Victoria, BC Review

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel. We got married there and later returned for another vacation. Both stays were enjoyable.

The hotel has a lovely view of downtown Victoria. I especially like that it is close to everything but out of the immediate touristy-fray. One can walk to shops and restaurants with ease, but unlike the Empress, which feels the constant bombardment of tourists, the O.P. has more privacy. The Empress is nicer on the outside, but the Ocean Pointe has comfortable, spacious rooms. Both times we enjoyed 2-story suites that had two bathrooms. While this was certainly not the basic room, it was not one of the highest priced rooms either.

Professional staff, nice on-site spa, gorgeous indoor pool, nice gym, quality toiletries, good service.

Friendly bird named Saffron lives in the lobby and served as a "witness" at our wedding.

Highly recommend.
