poor amenities, dirty rooms, not comfortable, poor location, poorly maintained, poor value

This motel is 10 miles from the nearest casino. It is actually in the town of Tunica. The parking lot needs re-paving. I was quite disappointed in the overall appearance and condition of the room. The hotel staff person was very cordial. I would not stay here again if my sole purpose in coming to the region was to visit the casinos as was my case.
