Pros

    professional crew, flight attendants polite, Great food, pilots kept us informed, Very accomadating, flights on time, gadgets to watch TV on some planes, they give you meals

This is a wonderful airline to utilize. Whenever I travel overseas I always use them. The food is great and the people take wonderful care of you when you travel. I have only had positive experiences with them including the customer support services. They reallly do try and accomadate their customers. They were very kind and often were willing to work out special deals and exceptions to their rules to help accomadate me and my family. They usually have great time and follow shedule. Even special requests have been accomadated by the, I am somewhat sckeptical about thier skymilage program however it to has worked. i would reccomentd this airline and plan to continue using them for my travel.
