At the beginning of May I took my very first International flight. I chose to fly with Delta, because they offer a miles program. It's pretty much a joke, but hey maybe one day I will earn enough points for that free flight. An eight hour journey is tiring no matter what airline, but for the most part the crew did a pretty good job of making sure people were happy. It has to be hard for them as well. My one and only tip for flying Delta is, DO NOT EAT THE PASTA, or really any "hot" meal they serve. YIKES! Be sure and bring plenty of your favorite snacks to get through a long flight such as this one. Now this is not the crews fault at all. They have to serve what the company gives them. Still, for the log of a journey and that price I think Delta could definetely up their game in the dining department. Also, make sure to take a comfy neck pillow if you fancy a nap. Those little poofs they call pillows will only make your neck sore.
