I traveled using Delta airlines out of Raleigh-Durham, NC to Nashville, changed planes and flew Delta's smaller flights out to Fayetteville, Arkansas. No problems what so ever on the way out. Attendants were very professional, curtious, and helpful. I didn't like that they would charge you $2.00 for earplugs to watch a movie and the movie they showed was nothing but I sales pitch for timeshares in Florida. I didn't buy the earplugs but I could see what was playing. My luggage arrived without any problems. I highly recommend using the check in at the terminal when you arrive and don't forget to tip. This is a lifesaver. Also have your ticket and use the Koisk, Much faster.
This was my first time flying. On my return trip I learned fast and hard how to have a longer layover then an hour because my flight was delayed arriving from Fayetteville into Atlanta and I had 20 minutes to get from Terminal B to terminal T. I took the underground train and arrived at T-15 and had to be at T1. Thankfully a United Flight attendant helped me with directions and I believe she may have called ahead because when I arrived at T1 the attendant there spoke to me and said Ma'am, we see you coming and are holding the flight. Then when I boarded the plane the attendant there was holding out a glass of water for me and asked me if I needed it. Which I did. I stopped and asked one of the ladies running the golf carts in the terminal to take me down to my site but she informed me she was on her lunch. That is my only complaint. I arrived back at RDU and my luggage was waiting for me and I can honestly say I enjoyed my time with Delta.
