Delta Airlines Review

Delta was our #1 airline choice for many years then around 2002-3 they just stopped caring. We were both flying colonels and went from 200k+ miles a year to under 20k. Basically, we could fly on better airlines for far less money and be treated far better than with Delta. The final straw was when we did a vacation and flew back from Honolulu to Portland and they cancelled our confirmed seats and seated me in the back of the airplane and my wife with our 1 year old in the front....didn't make for a pleasant flight. Of course we both had middle seats making it impossible to switch with another flyer.

Lately, delta is the lowest cost airline for many of our flights. We have also been treated better on our last couple of flights. Time will tell...
