Toto, I don't think we are in Disney anymore

Cons
    difficult, did not keep passangers informed, rude, delayed flights, untimely, Horrible customer service skills, you name it, lousey cistomer service attitude, pricey, cancelled flights, terrible service, very rude!

On my families first trip to Disney we flew with Delta, getting there was not a problem, getting home rather was a terrible ordeal.  The customer service was awful and it felt like a slap in the face after leaving Disney (the happiest place on earth), where you are treated like guests not trash and terrorists.  IT started when we arrived at the Orlando airport and our flight was canceled.  Of course we had just returned our rental cars and there was no place to go and nothing to do.  The next flight that we could get on was hours later (4 or 5 I think).  They were so courteous to give us each a 6 dollar meal credit, any of you who have been to an airport know that covers like a bottle of water.  Finally when we got on our plane we thought ok here we go.  We got to the next airport because of course we had a layover and the problems continued.  The next plane was late, we waited and waited and then we were told it was delayed some more.  Finally it came, was unloaded and we were able to board.  The ten of us found our seats scattered throughout the plane and were excited to take off as the four children had been done for hours now.  Ok everyone on, luggage secure, seat-belts on and we hear, " Ladies and gentlemen, we are experiencing some technical difficulties we are going to need you all to disembark the plane.  Another plane should be here in 10 minutes.  So seatbelts off, get your carry ons, collect the children and walk out of the terminal.  As we were doing this my Uncle made the comment that "this airline sucks"  we walked off and were placed back in the airport.  As we wnnt back to the gate they told us that the plane would not be there for atleast a half an hour.  When we finally boarded the next flight the attendant asked my Uncle what he thought of Delta now.  He answered they F***** suck. Not yelling or anything, just in a calm, rational voice.  The flight attendant then got the pilot and had my Uncle banned from the flight.  Nine of us returned home that next early morning and he had to sleep at the airport and was given a 6 dollar meal pass, which at 1 in the morning will not do much since everything was closed.  He arrived home late that next afternoon since there were no more flights  that day, and then his flight was postponed and then after getting on it they had more technical problems and had to switch planes again although this time he did not say anything.
