I traveled one month ago Internationally on Delta. The website stated that International flights check in 3 hours before the flight departs. I arrived 4 hours early. I was sent around to three different lines by a Delta employee and was told to try using a kiosk. International flights do not use kiosks. The employee knew that we were flying Internationally. When we finally got into the correct line, we were still 45 minutes before the last cut off for the line, not the flight. The check in person at the counter could not figure out by herself how to print a ticket, we had to wait for a manager for 30 minutes and were told that they could not get us to the gate on time. I was able to get another flight by Continental. Will never fly delta again. The employees were extremely rude at the counter. One even complained to me that it was Monday morning and she was in a bad mood because she was tired. The only was the problem was fixed was by calling the 1-800 number while still at the counter. The person on the phone had the other flight booked before the manager at the counter even offered a suggestion.
