I fly Delta exclusively now these last few years.  I have lived in NY, LA, SF, ATL and at one point flew every week for a year, so believe me I travel.  When I lived in LA, I flew just about every week and in two years did not have one delay or cancellation.  Including a trip I flew from LA to Boston to London to Athens and back.  Not one delay.  Delta caters to a business traveler and is extremely efficient.  I don't care about the food they serve or them kissing up to me.  I care about leaving and arriving on time.  They nail it.  They are also fabulous to book tickets online with.  I can check in up to 24 hours before and not even bother waiting on any lines.  My one small gripe??  Change the snacks more often please.  I can only eat so many Biscott cookies thank you.
