Extremely rude attendants at the ticket counter, who knows nothing about anything!  The flight was delayed, and the attendant could not provide any information.  Despite that I knew I was going to miss my connection, their response was "there's nothing we can do until you get there."  No rebooking of flights, looking at other airline's flight availablity, or assistant at all.  I asked for a customer service number that I can call, and they can't even locate that!  I will never fly this airline again, nor do I recommend it to anyone!
