Delta Airlines Review

Im sorry to say but Im never going to fly delta again! I used them for the first time to fly on my honeymoon and it was very bad! I undertsand delays due to weather but I don't understand not getting someone there luggage that they paid you to put under the plane!!!!! I means really I paid 15.00 for them to put in under the plane and when I get to jacksonville they tell me your stuff will not be here untill 4:30 and that was at 12:15pm I was going on a crusie and it left at 4:00pm! and they said that the only thing the could do is send my stuff to my first port! Okay since there was nothing I could do at the time I just said okay and the Lady at the desk said ok it will be in the Keys tomorrow and you will be there the next day and you will have it right when you get there.. So I was so happy to be in the keys and that I got my stuff back my husband called them and said can you tell me when our stuff will be here and she said Sir. Your stuff will not be in the keys still 12:30pm thats when the flight they put it on will be here ( this is after the fact that they told me it would have been in the keys the next day which means that I should have be able to go to the ocean) but no so I had to wait till we got to the bost to port out and there was my stuff! And on the return trip to Kansas after they charged me yet again 15.00 to put my bag under the plane and broken my bag and Don't want to do anythign about it! I will never use them again! Air tran dose a great job!!!
