On the search for a reasonable plane fare I was able to find some satisfaction with Delta airlines.  Although I called Delta I was informed by the agent that my best deals would be found online and purchase through the website was secure.  They have an online Chat with an agent feature to help answer any questions and they have a 24 hour refund or cancellation window.  I found my best deals of the month on their website and saved over $150/ ticket that was purchased.  The website savings were even greater than going through Travelocity, Orbitz, or Expedia.  I got a better deal than even working with a travel agent.  I found better fares myself.
