Most HelpfulI have dealt with customer service at Dell for two seperate issues. The first was an issue I was having with my computer running slowly. I had to call back three times to three different representatives before I reached a female that could understand my needs and respond to me with correct words...
read full review »In december my husband and i bought a new computer, first off they gave us the wrong information when we asked about the one we were buying, they sent us a broken computer, replaced it, we had to acll to get it replaced 2 times the first time the person didnt do it right and they couldnt even find the confermation number that i was givin but its been 2 months and im just now getting a prepaid slip to return it though i have called about 4 times and emailed 2 times. read full review »Calling Dell customer care or technical support is a WASTE of time. They do not know about computers, they just repeat the same script over and over .....
After this laptop is broken, I will move to another brand. I own 3 Dell latops and I will love to dissaper them.
