I've been using this for a while now and love it. It's a little on the heavy side but I expected that buying a larger laptop. It's fast and runs most anything I throw at it. I play a lot of games on this machine and they run extremely smooth with no problems what so ever. It is a high quality product and the money I have spent on it was worth it. The build quality seems to be very sturdy, there's no flexible parts or cheap feeling. Ease of Use Very simple and easy to use. Has a few different keys to help out with controlling the sound, wifi and much more. Hardware Quality Very durable and built with great quality. Does not feel flimsy, very sold design. Support & Service Dell has helped me out with issues in the past and I've never had any regrets. Durability My laptop has been holding up very well, gets some scratches on the top cover but what laptop doesn't. Design Could have some more usb ports but the overall design is really good. Performance Fast, Fast, Fast!!
