Dell XPS M1530 Laptop Review

My first laptop was a Dell and lasted me 5 years and is still going strong (that's with 3 hard drive replacements along the way, but that's why you purchase the 4 year warranty!)

Although my old laptop works just fine, I needed a change and wanted a more powerful computer instead.  After TONS of research looking at other company's laptops, visiting Best Buy to get a "feel" for the XPS, and playing on Dell's website for hours on ends (adding different combos of features), I decided on the Dell XPS 1530.  It was a bit pricer over most of the other Dell models, but the "upgrade" from my Inspiron to the XPS was a good choice.  I also purchased a 3 year warranty.  I looked to this purchase decision as an investment.

The laptop works great- it's fast, the screen is beautiful and displays colors well, I love the remote that came with it, the design is sleek, the keyboard is brushed metal, and the built-in web cam is neat too!  I would reccomend for the "above-average" computer user.
