Convenient, but somewhat aggravating at times.

Comments about Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse:

My computer (a Dell) at work is equipped with this wireless Dell keyboard and mouse. It uses Bluetooth technology to communicate with the PC. It does work well, but the batteries die pretty quickly (and of course never at the same time), and sometimes the Bluetooth loses connection, causing either (A) the mouse not to respond, or (B) the keyboard to not respond, or worse, to get 'stuck' in whatever function it was performing at the time. For example, if I was typing the letter 'M' when connection is lost, the letter M will continue typing and filling up my screen until the connection is re-established, resulting in about 100 or so M's. Even more devastating, this also happens with the backspace button, causing the erasure of the last several sentences I typed. So frustrating.

Easy set up but a bit stiff at first

Comments about Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse:

This wireless keyboard and mouse was purchased with a new Dell computer as a package set.  We received this keyboard and mouse and after plugging in the wireless USB component it immediately worked.  We encountered no issues with the set up and were very pleased with the ease of this set up.  We did notice a couple of things that we did not like.  The first was the speed of the mouse.  It was set up very fast and I have not been able to adjust the speed slower.  However at this point I am now used to this speedy mouse and I probably would not even adjust it slower if I could (or knew how to).   The second think that we noticed that we did not like was that there were a couple of stiff keys on the keyboard.  At first we thought that the W-key was not even working because we had to hit it so hard in order to get it to work.  However, I have noticed now after using it for a couple of months that the keys have loosened up and are working properly.  I would recommend this keyboard and mouse just because I found that it was so easy to set and and use without any issues.
