I recently purchased this product(about 1 month ago) and I am pleased to say it has been dependable very user friendly and very nice graphics. The one thing that bugs me about this computeris the volume output. It is very limited, not a computer you would want if playing music loudly is what you have in mind. It has Windows 7 and I was very concerned with moving on to windows 7 but have founf it to be very enjoyable as well. There have been a few things here or there but nothing and I mean nothing worth getting in a tizzzy about. 1) Don't exactally care for McAfee which comes pre installed not a biggie can be removed. 2) The audio issue, I mean I need a hearing aid to hear some things with volume on hidh...lol, and 3) It at times generates a lot of heat from the top. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to friends and family if the were looking to buy a new desktop. So if I were given a scale fro 1-10 1 being the worse and 10 the best. I would give this guy an 8. Theses are only my opinion of the desktop as I am not a professional computer geek just a stay at home mom and worker from home online.
