I custom built this laptop on the Dell website approximately five years ago and it is still running strong! Ease of Use Very user friendly, even for kids! Battery Life Really the only downside I have found with this particular laptop is that you might as well keep it plugged in as your primary home computer. The battery life is pretty limited. Support & Service I only have needed support/service once while building the laptop but Dell made the whole process completely headache free! Speed/Performance Considering I use this computer for everything from work to leisure and share it with my two teenagers, it is rocket ship fast considering the age and amount it has stored on it's hard drive. Durability I almost feel bad complaining about this considering that this laptop has taken a real beating over the last five years and is still ticking, but I have had to replace the cord twice and there are a few keys missing from the keyboard, I will say that is a real bargain and will chock it up to reasonable wear and tear.
