What a difference this laptop has made in my computing life! I had been plodding along on an ancient (5 year old) Toshiba. When I got this, I felt I'd upgraded  from an obsolete beater to a big, strong truck with all the bells and whistles. I absolutely adore the features which allow me to use the touchpad in fast, easy ways. This really helps me when I shop online, since I can enlarge or shrinking things just by pinching the touchpad. I love the row of lit icons above the numbers on the keyboard. It helps me find a function and alter it without having to root around or close out my browser. I like the speed of having more than one core in the processor; I can keep lots of pages open simultaneously and navigate between and among them at top speed. I think Dell has the FAQ thing down to a science. So far I haven't needed their tech support, but it's nice to know they have it 24/7 if I should need it. Best of all, I like my pretty pink case. My house is decorated all in pastels, so black electronics stick out like a sore thumb. The pink is so pretty, and it even blends with my other desk accessories and the drapes in my home office =^..^=!
