Like I said in the title. Not the best computer or service. I got this computer at the beginning of April. In May I was having problems with it starting. I have a two year warrant. When calling customer service I would talk to two or three people and an hour later I got a person that could address the error messages I was getting. They then kept telling me it was a software problem or it was overheating. That is a big difference in my book and was not happy that this was happening a month into me using a brand new computer of theirs. They said that it was nothing that technical support could do because it was not a technical problem and wanted me to pay for software assistance because that is not covered under the warrany that I had. I wasn't paying anymore for this computer since it was brand new. I resorted to reformating it and it has been running smoothly since. Needless to say, Dell should have some cusomter service agents that are on your side and who will listen to the real issues and not try to get their customers to spend even more of their money. I should have gotten a Mac
