I am happy with my Dell computer. When I've needed help I didn't have to wait long to talk to someone in customer service. It's as good a PC as any out there. I would buy a Dell again. One thing you should watch out for is you windows microsoft software. If you have a problem with your computer try to avoid uninstalling the software because you will have to buy some components of software to completely reinstall it. You only get "free" mircrosoft software when you first buy your Dell. You should check some of your other software that you may have installed especially if you have Dial-up internet service. If you do have a problem with your software you should call Dell first because microsoft may charge for helping because a third party (Dell) installed their software.
