Dell Online —
Dell has taken lots of flack for cutsomer service but I have yet to have any issues with them on any level. My recent purchase from their website was easy and allowed me to persoanlize my PC to fit my needs. It was easy to do and easy to change. The only drwaback I saw was the financing which I thought was high but I checked it out of curiosity not necessity. Usually creidt means you pay big for not having the available cash anyway. (Side note that's why so many people are screwed with their current mortgages, they WAY overspent their budgets). I also had a problem with one of the boxes being damaged when it arrived and they helped me resolve the issue quickly and fairly with virtually no argument on their part. I have dealt with more than enough shoddy customer service lately so this was a pleasure. So I heartily recommend them if you are in line for computers or peripherals.
