Dell Online is a great resource when buying a computer, camera, or any other electronic. The site is easy to browse and will answer just about any question that you may have. The only down fall is that there are a few gray areas that may not have all of the questions you desire. This is where the Dell phone support begins. You will be talking to someone from India with a heavy accent. I do not have a problem with this - if I can understand the person. Most of the times this is not the case.
For everyday shopping and buying, Dell is a great website to visit. Just beware of Customer Service. The waiting time on the phone is forever as well.
