As a college student, I was looking for a cheap but high quality computer and Dell seemed to be the most logical option for me after comparing different companies. I ordered the Inspiron 1600 laptop. At first the computer worked just fine, however after the first month things went down hill and have been continuously getting worse. I feel that Dell has given up on quality and is now focusing more on quanity and money. I know I am not the only person out there that feels this way. If you have a choice, do NOT go with Dell. The only pro i can say is that they have very good customer service for basic needs, however will charge you a lot extra for anything that is more complex.
