This particular model is possibly one of the best I have owned since I began the laptop journey. It has done well with the amount of use I have put it through since I have owned it. Because of the business I am in, I do a lot of traveling and so does the laptop. It is worth every penny to own this model. Ease of Use Easy to use. There is no such thing as making a mistake using this laptop as it basically does the work for you when using it,. Battery Life It is probably best to have an extra battery on hand depending upon how much use it gets with each individual user. Support & Service It is well worth it to spend the extra to have this service. I have run into a few operating issues since owning and they have always come through for me each and every time I have an issue. Speed/Performance Great processing speed, although no different than any other laptop, the more you have on the unit the slower it gets. Design I love the design of this unit. Durability So far, so good. We have traveled everywhere together and the laptop has held up pretty good!
