I am a student at a Career College and my laptop was included with my tuition.  I was given the choice between a Dell or (box looks like a cow). After some reading and asking around I chose the Dell for their reputation of producing a  quality product and their Customer Service and technical assistance. I was given a Dell Latitude E5510.  I am not a computer guru and I am self taught when it comes to computers.  This laptop has been great!  Most of my classmates had never used computers before so I was able to help them look through the options and programs easily without completely confussing them.  If fully charged the battery life is about 4 hours if being used constantly and more if I put it in standby mode.  It recharges quickly.  I have used several different brands of computers and actually like it better than all of the computers I have used.  My father used my Dell for a few hours one night while I was visiting, pawned his (cow) off on my kids and is now the proud owner of a Dell Latitude E5510!!  I have a Lexmark WI-FI printer, a clip on webcam and a wireless remote so it enables me to move around and take it on the go easily.  I use Skype and have wonderful picture and sound.  I listen to music and watch movies and TV shows with ease.  I also tether with my Blackberry for internet service when I'm up in the woods hunting (not for cows) and it is just as fast as when I'm at home. I Love this laptop and hope that this will help you decide to choose this great product!!

      I never had a laptop before so was a little bit leary. I asked several different people which one I should buy. I went looking myself and found the Dell. One of the great things about Dell is that they have great support. I've had to call several times to get help figuring things out on it. The Dell people are great, they always have time for you and no matter how silly of a question it might be they are always professional about taking care of your needs.This was my first laptop, and I love it, I wouldn't use anything else, and the support team is excellent. I couldn't ask for anything better to do my work on or play. I would reccomend  a Dell computer to anyone. For someone who hasn't used a computer very much, it's very easy to get around on and the great support is very important no matter what kind of computer you get.
