PC-User, very happy with this product, Happy laptopper, Constantly Connected, a writer who can't afford downtime
Pros

    great value, easy to use, light weight

Cons
    some minor problems with battery

I have been exceedingly happy with this product. I did pay for a 3 year warranty and it was completely worth it. My experience with tech support is that they would rather replace parts than offer support for software. This has been beneficial in the long run. I have had very few problems with this laptop. The battery seems to only last for about one year before it has difficulty charging.
