Good Warrenties- bad customer support

    light weight, Plug and Play easy and great., Regularly updates virus/windows software, easy setup, Cheap for a relatively good build, Easy to restore to factory settings, Great startup diagnostic with key codes

    Bad customer service initially

Dell has excellent warrenties on its machines. If the machine breaks, they will repair or replace it. I have gotten laptops replaced twice by dell. However, it involves alot of patience and alot of jumping through hoops. I would always make sure you document all phone calls with support!

 

Other than that- excellent products and they are pretty durable.
