The Dell Inspiron 1000 When my family originally got this Laptop it was to release my Mom's laptop that was accidently destroyed in a common brother water fight. This Laptop is terrible. First off it only comes with 512Ram, not much use for the technology requirements now a days. The Hard Drive was failing since the first day we recieved it. The Keyboard keys where easily broken. After a while the on board ram the PC came with just stopped working completly. We put in a 512MB ram stick which is the Max that the ram slots are rated for, and the ram slot only partially works, so were stuck with a laptop that is running on 312MB Ram. any The only thing this PC is remotely good for is checking your e-mail, you can't watch videos on it or it locks up, defidently can't play any games on it, this PC is not user friendly.

Dell Inspiron is an older version of Dell but it has serviced me for several years. I do e-mail daily, shop on line, look at the weather find tee times and much more. It is exceptionally easy to use. I have my photos showing soninually when I am not using my computer so I connect with my family and friends continually even if only in thought. Please don't take away my Dell Inspiron
