I bought this computer about 2 years ago. The computer had problems right out of the box. I called dell, and they gave me the run around. They kept telling me to try different things, until I had the computer for a month. Then they told me that they could not take the computer back and give me another one because it had been too long, even though they knew I had been calling them telling them there was something wrong since day one. I am never buying another dell product again. If anything goes wrong customer service will not help you fix it or give you a new one. I just had to live with my computer's problems with no help from dell. Even though I had bought a 3 year warrenty and 3 year accidental damage. Dell ripped me off big time. Don't trust them.
