Dell Inspiron E1505 PC Notebook —

I have been an avid Dell user for over 7 years now.  I have purchased 5 computers from them in that 7 or so years.  Always felt I was getting a good deal and a great computer.  Until this one.

As for the computer itself  it has a great wide screen, intagrated number pad, and for a laptop- pretty good speakers.  It really ends there.  Within 2 months of owning it the AC adapter went kaput.  I called, they replaced.  2 months later, same thing, only this time the battery went with it.  They sent someone out to look at it, replaced the motherboard and still nothing.  Called back- they sent a new AC Adaptor and battery.  In teh 4 years I have owned it I have had to replace the AC adapter 5 times. 4 of those times the comp was still under warrenty.  This last time I had to pay out of pocket for a new AC Adaptor and Battery

I spent $1400 on it 4 years ago- yet I still seem to owe $1113 on it.  Dell Customer Service has been completely unhelpful in helping me figure out why.  I just get told to make bigger payments.  I plan on seeing someone about this problem.  I will not be buying another Dell again.

Every Dell I've ever owned has had a defective DVDRW.
