We bought this Dell from their "outlet" store! It is a "scratch & dent", however we cannot find a single mar on the entire laptop. It is a great place to shop, tons of inventory, very helpful staff on the phone - all in all a good experience.
I was able to transfer all the data from our old laptop to this one by using a zip drive. It went easily.
