I bought this a year ago and I have never had a problem with the computer.  I even spilt coffee on it and it is still going.  It has been well worth the cost.  I am in photography and use this to take with me on photo shoots so that my clients may proof the photographs.  The colors of the monitor are pretty true to life.  When I upload and print my photos they come out as I see them which is a plus in my field.  If I need another computer I will go with Dell again.  Their customer service has been… read full review »

This laptop is great for everyday use for things like Internet, word processing via Microsoft Office, and even small business use. I use it for these purposes and there is plenty of storage and speed for these types of things. Windows Vista makes this computer almost unusable for online service. I've tried going back to XL but there still problems. The technical service for dell is so 3rd world it might as well not even bother. Just a bunch of idiots who's English as a 5th language is forced at best.
