Every day computer user, always online
I have a Dell Inspiron B130 and I will never buy another one. On 09-01-2008 I was doing my homework and the computer just crashed for no reason. I called and tried twice to speak to a customer service rep. I was told the first time that I could not be helped at all because they could not spell my last name right. I was so upset that I just hung the phone up and called back. The second customer service rep. wanted me to pay $49.99, of course I ask why and he said that no one could help me till I paid the money first that is all that he would say over and over. I have had problems with the B120 overheating from the start. After having it for a year the internal parts are now failing from the overheating problems. I guess I'm lucky it lasted this long. I bought it through the Dell Outlet so it only came with a 90 day warranty. I couldn't get Dell to do anything about it during those 90 days. I love Dell notebook computers, but wouldn't buy another…

This was the second Dell computer I've bought in a two year period. After less than a year, the CD-R drive went haywire, causing the whole system to crash. To have it fixed, it would have costed about half of what I paid for the computer. I had the drive taken out and then the computer's battery started dying. This computer is definetely not worth what I paid for…
