This computer is suck!

This computer is very very bad. Only one year after buying. many things are wrong. The screen, the keyborad and the touch pad. And even when it is brand new from dell. the battery are broken!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn;t know. So I didn't have chance ask a change. But how can they shiped a broken battery as brand new!
