We got the Inspiron 531s about 1 month ago and couldn't be happier. My previous computer was a Dell and we also have a Dell 37" LCD TV.  I'm brand loyal because I've always been very happy with the products as well as the customer service/tech support you receive from Dell. I got Vista even though I had heard people had problems with it, but it's been alright so far. I've been able to connect my printer, webcam and photo printer to it just by downloading updated software from the web sites.
