Customer service. The person I dealt with was a "smart ass". Please forgive the language, but it's the only way to accurately describe the person I had to deal with. I'll get my next one from H.P. I will never buy anything from Dell again. I expect to be treated like a valued customer. H.P. has been very helpful even if the problem wasn't with their product.
