I purchased my Dell online and received it on my front door step about a week and a half after I ordered it. The first time I turned it on, everything worked great. Then, it was all downhill from there. After a restart, I was stuck on the Dell screen forever. I tried rebooting and I could just hear the fan stopping and a "beep" sound coming from the tower. Then the fun starts with calling technical support. After going through the terrible voice prompt system, I finally got a live person (from India I'm guessing). I told him what was wrong and then he was going to transfer me to tech support, but instead I get a busy tone. So I had to call back and go through the same thing again! And guess what, the same thing happened a second time. I was livid by this point. The next person I got on the phone heard a mouthful from me, of which I apolized aftewards, but you can see my point. After we diagnosed that the computer was dead, I was transferred to a supervisor so they could get a new computer to me. Guess what, I was cut off a third time! So when I called customer care the next day, I told them to just give me my money back becasue of the awful customer service I received the previous day. I will never buy another Dell! I hope Mr. Dell sees this review, because this outsourcing to India is really hurting companies like Dell.
