I went out looking for a computer last June and went out to Wal Mart and bought my Inspiron 1525 because it was a great price and like many other people thought that because it was a Dell it would have been a dream come true..... YEAH RIGHT. The computer has worked alright up until about a month ago when it started to turn off randomly with no pattern at all. So naturally I called Dell as the computer is still under warranty. They determined that my hard drive needed to be replaced and I received the new one the next day. I changed the hard drive and with no surprise at all the computer still randomly shuts down. Now I'm waiting to send the computer back to them to see if they can "fix" the problem. Now I won't say that I have never expected to have problems but this computer has given more problems in six months then any other computer I have ever came in contact with. I will never recommend to any one a Dell nor will I ever buy one again. Costumer service hahahaha. To all those that have had wonderful experiences GREAT!!! but don't be surprised after some time has passed and you start experiencing troubles. And to anyone who hasn't bought one yet, throw in a couple hundred more bucks and buy something else.

Hello... I agree 150% with you. I am currently fighting the fact that they had to replace mine 26days later and then replace my harddrive 3 times and the las ttime they sent me an upgraded version and it crashed 2months later and now they wont come good on the laptop and replace it with an upgrade or even another harddrive. So yes to anyone dont buy dell at all. THEY SUCK!!!
