Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop Review

This is the most popular Dell model.  When I ordered the computer, Dell told me that it would be three weeks before they could ship it.  Comes the due date and they inform me that it will be another four weeks before they can ship.  Had they told me that it would be over two months from the time I ordered until the time I receivd my computer, I would have gone elsewhere.  But, they've got me so far into the process (and shipped me some peripherals) so I have no other option but to wait for them.

I called customer service to find out what they could do for me.  In short -- NOTHING.  They really did not care one iota and refused to do anything to either try and expidite my order, or compensate me for the excessive delay.

This the LAST time that I will ever use Dell...and I am going to make sure that EVERYONE knows what a lousy company they are
