Dell Inspiron 1520 Laptop Review

The Dell Inspiron 1520 is a good all around laptop at a good price.  Whether writing e-mail, browsing online, gaming (low graphics intensive games), or programming, the 1520 performs well with very little wait time for applications to open.  With 2G or RAM and windows Vista, ours pushes the limits at times but still manages to perform well and keep chugging along. 

 One of the biggest cons to the 1520 is that the graphics card drivers for this laptop are not a standard driver from nVidia.  The drivers have issues with Vista and will crash on occassion.  Since the card isn't a standard line card, nVidia has not updated the driver to be vista compatible as of yet.
