Dell Inspiron 1520 Laptop —
I've had my new laptop for about 2 months now and I have no complaints. This is the first laptop I have ever purchased so I did quite a bit of research before got all the options I wanted ironed out. I got quite a few of the bells and whistles, including the $200 option for the 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT Video Card. The total price was a little over $1400 which was more than I had originally planned on spending but I'm completely happy with my laptop. It boots up fast and I haven't really found anything that slows it down. I love the overall look of the computer with the silver keyboard and I opted for the Spring Green color, which just gives it a more personal feel. I would recommend this computer to anyone. Working with Dell customer service isn't the best though. I financed the laptop though Dell and they double charged me right off the bat. Once I weaved my way through their impossible customer service phone directories and spoke with a lady, she quickly corrected it but it left me a bit uneasy.Last edited on Feb 13, 2008
